We offer a quick 2-4 day turnaround time for initial diagnostics, with most repairs completed within that time. Some cases may take up to 2 weeks. Priority service is available upon request. Feel free to contact us anytime for updates or inquiries.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will inform you, and any prior payments made will be refunded, minus $20 for return shipping. We also offer replacement logic boards at discounted prices.

This service covers logic board repairs, including component replacements within the board. Our cost-effective service is for laptops that have not been tampered with. If your device has been tampered with, an additional $50 diagnostics fee applies, even if repairs are unsuccessful.
Considered Tampered:
- Previous repair attempts
- Chemical washing of the logic board
- Missing components
Not Considered Tampered:
- Removing the bottom panel to inspect or dry from water damage
- Removing the Hard Drive or RAM
Disclaimer: While we take great care with your data, we recommend removing your hard drive before shipping if you have sensitive data. We are not responsible for data loss.
This service does not cover:
- Battery and power adapter issues
- CPU and memory defects
- Hard drive and DVD drive defects
- Cracked screens
- Keyboard and trackpad defects
If major parts such as keyboards, trackpads, speakers, or LCD cables need replacement, we will contact you.

After filling out the online form:
- Print our online form or include a note with your name, contact details, and a brief description of the issue. This must be included with the device when shipping.
- Securely package your device without the power adapter, ensuring it’s protected during transit. Only send the device itself. We are not responsible for other items sent with the device.
- Ship the item to us using your preferred carrier. Ensure the package is insured. We are not liable for packages damaged due to inadequate packaging or lost in transit.
- Upon arrival, we will perform diagnostics and necessary repairs. We will contact you if there are any issues before proceeding. After repairs, we thoroughly test your device to ensure it’s functioning correctly.
- We will securely package and ship the item back to you. Return shipping is on us!
